One-on-one life/relationship coaching is offered to individuals, couples, families, and work teams to improve communication skills, resolve conflict, and maintain lasting and satisfying connections. Focused on the client’s goals, one-on-one coaching sessions offer individualized and practical tools that can be applied to the identified concerns.
Relationship Repair/Marriage Classes help dating, engage, and married clients address habits that can cause miscommunication in the relationship. By looking at issues such as: communication, conflict resolution, and healthy boundaries; couples are guided to voice their expectations, understand the need for healthy boundaries, and to establish and achieve objectives that lead to mutually fulfilling relationships.
Workshop Presentation and Facilitation is available to community and private groups upon request. Topics include: recovery from abusive relationships, communication skills, self-discovery, mental and emotional well-being, mentoring, and living authentically.
Hekima – Woman to Woman Mentoring provides monthly brunches for women ages 16 and older. The goal is to foster relationships between women of different generations and backgrounds that will lead to well-being in the home and workplace. Through presentation and fellowship; women are encouraged to build and nurture connections that support personal and professional development.
Woman to Woman – From Victim to Victorious groups are a closed-ended support group designed for woman ages 25 and older who have endured life changing events such as death, divorce, or domestic violence. W2W meets for 12-16 weeks to assist women to “get past their past” and to live and love wholly and authentically.
